Our Home

We live in New London,NH, which is wonderful town in western-central NH. The general area is dominated by the central feature of Lake Sunapee, the second largest lake in NH. In fact, we live very near to Little Lake Sunapee. Colby Sawyer College is in New London, and it is a popular second-home and retirement community.

Our house used to be the workshop building for a dairy farm. The farmhouse next door is now a bed-and-breakfast. We own the old farmland which stretches down to the lake. 18 years ago, we worked hard to convert the old workshop into a home, and since then we have added on several times, so that it is now a beautiful and unique house.

In addition, the other "out-buildings" that were part of the farm are incorportated into our collection of structures. The chicken coop is now my lumber storage shed, and the tractor sheds are general storage space. We also built a new building, "Kathy's Octagon," where Kathy has a small studio space for her music and sound-healing therapeutic work.
